Unexpected Blogcation!

The month of March just went by in a blur, and likewise April. Difficult winter turned into beautiful Spring, and i've been busy busy busy at work and getting ready for my quilt group's retreat (which happened last weekend and was a huge success). Now i'm about to have surgery on my foot and will have to be away from the 'puter for a few days lying down with sacks of frozen peas icing the incision. I have really good intentions of catching up with posting and visiting all my blog friends soon. See you!

    Surgery of any kind and enforced "time out" doesn't sound appealing.
    I'll look forward to hearing about the quilting retreat.
    Thus far, time and space to quilt in our new location hasn't happened.
    Frozen peas, hmmm. If you vary the ice pack veggies perhaps someone will come and kindly make vegetable soup as the peas and such thaw!

    We missed you! WE would love to hear more about your quilt retreat, too. Mom just applied for a part time job at a local quilt shop!Good luck with the surgery and keep that foot up and iced!
